Evidence & sources
Every number needs a clear source and boundary.
BuyBatumi focuses on new-build property in Batumi. Official Georgian sources support market, registry, credit, tourism and tax reporting. Russian and Belarusian sources are used only when a material compares buyer context; they are not separate site markets.

9 sources listed
National Statistics Office of Georgia (GeoStat)
Official price, construction and population data. The residential property price index cited by the site covers newly offered homes in Tbilisi, not Batumi transactions.
Open source page ↗National Agency of Public Registry (NAPR)
Official property-rights registration, extracts and cadastral information.
Open source page ↗National Bank of Georgia
Mortgage, credit, financial-stability and monetary indicators.
Open source page ↗Georgian National Tourism Administration
Visitor-flow context. Tourism figures do not by themselves establish apartment occupancy or rental income.
Open source page ↗Revenue Service of Georgia
Official tax information and guidance for checking property-related tax questions.
Open source page ↗HomeRadar
BuyBatumi designates HomeRadar as a trusted source for current project and listing information. Offer prices are not completed-sale prices or official market statistics; source-reported yields are not guaranteed returns.
Open source page ↗Rosstat
Housing-price indicators for comparison with selected Russian cities; geography, property type and measurement must be matched for each article.
Open source page ↗Bank of Russia
Official mortgage and housing-credit indicators for buyer-context comparisons.
Open source page ↗National Statistical Committee of Belarus (Belstat)
Housing, construction and price information for buyer-context comparisons. Confirm that the selected series is comparable before drawing conclusions.

How we keep comparisons honest
Offers are not transactions. A price in a listing or project brochure describes an asking price, not necessarily the price paid at completion.
Comparison needs matching definitions. We identify the city, property type, date, currency and measure. If the data is not comparable, we say so.
Tourism is not rental yield. Visitor numbers alone do not prove apartment occupancy, expenses or investor returns.
A source is not a partner. Citing a public institution or commercial listing service does not imply endorsement or partnership.
